How does the free trial work?

Both plans start with a free trial the first time you subscribe. You will not be charged if you cancel at least a day before it ends, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Kilnbook reminds you two days before.

What happens without a subscription?

Your studio stays readable and exportable, free, forever. The calculators and your glaze and clay library stay open. Adding pieces, moving them on and planning firings need Kilnbook Pro.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup — Kilnbook comes with it. Or, in Kilnbook, open Settings → Backups, save a backup to Files or iCloud Drive and restore it on the new phone.

I bought on another iPhone and see the paywall.

Open Settings in Kilnbook and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Can I export my data?

Yes, always: Settings → Your data → Export everything (JSON).
